Nebula – a £40m Research & Development scheme
The Nebula project at Milton Park is a cutting-edge, sustainable development of seven properties across three buildings, providing high tech research and development (R&D) workspace with offices. The almost 80,000 sq ft scheme has been designed to the highest standards, focusing on the use of environmentally conscious materials to reduce its carbon footprint, saving 686 tonnes of CO₂.
Designed by SRA Architects and delivered by main contractor Barnwood Limited, each building is fully self-contained, featuring a reception lobby with restrooms and showers, along with a combination of first-floor office space and ground-floor production areas.
A range of Metal Technology’s high-performance, architectural glazing products were installed by trusted fabricator Dudley’s Aluminium, contributing to the project’s high quality and sustainable design.
