Metal Technology offers a full range of tooling options to the fabricator, from hinge jigs to the latest pneumatic devices and CNC machinery. Metal Technology is an approved supplier of Elumatec machinery. We also offer a full technical back-up service including literature and maintenance.

Jigs

Metal Technology offers a range of Jigs that help with accuracy and speed when fabricating. There is a range of jigs to suit each system. Relevant codes and descriptions are shown on the components page of each of our product manuals.

Punch Tooling

Metal Technology offers punch tooling for the systems listed below. Punch tooling is a fast and effective way to prepare product for fabrication.

System 4-35Hi+ Casement / 5-35Hi+ Tilt and Turn

1. Punches bead prep for drainage
2. Punches outer frame prep for drainage

Fabrication Machinery

Metal Technology is an approved supplier of Elumatec machinery. The range of machinery we offer covers basic machines with manual operation as well as sophisticated machining centres with CNC control suited to the requirements of the fabricator. Metal Technology can offer advice on machines, copy routers, end milling stations and pneumatic crimpers through to CNC mitre Saws and profile machining centres.
