Wallyford Learning Campus

Wallyford, East Lothian

Delivering a purpose-built learning campus in East Lothian

Designed by JM Architects and delivered by Morrison Construction, Wallyford Learning Campus in East Lothian opened in August 2023. The campus is a multi-purpose, multi-generational community space providing state-of-the-art facilities and is home to the newly-established Rosehill High School, a dedicated STEAM Centre (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths) and a number of academies. Alongside modern teaching and social spaces, the new learning facility includes The Brae, Rosehill’s specialist provision for young people with severe and complex needs.

The building has been designed to complement the neighbouring primary school with extensive glass, access to natural light and brick-clad facades. Approved fabricator Avtek Ltd installed a range of Metal Technology’s glazing systems in this truly inclusive, modern and sustainable education facility – System 4-35 Casement Window, System 17 Capped & SP Curtain Walling and System 5-20D Door.

The impressive campus and landscaped grounds have created a hub for community activities and initiatives for people of all ages and interests. Metal Technology’s strong reputation in the education sector continues to grow and we’re proud to have been involved in bringing this state-of-the-art educational facility to life.
