Pall Mall Press is a £50m, 22-storey residential development with a mix of one, two and three-bed apartments for the Build to Rent (BtR) sector. The project was led by Ridgeback Group, delivered by Graham and designed by Falconer Chester Hall.

The new building is a striking addition to Liverpool’s skyline, providing modern and sustainable living spaces, with green roofs for rainwater recycling, solar panels and well-lit interiors to minimise reliance on electric lighting. Whilst also delivering much needed housing, the development also features retail space and a private garden terrace for residents.

Installed by approved fabricator Walsin Ltd, Metal Technology’s high performance glazing systems were used throughout the urban design. Characterised by a concrete frame and brick façade, the punch windows use System 17 Curtain Walling with bespoke picture frame feature cap. Further products installed include System 5-20D Thermal Door, System 5-35 Thermal Tilt & Turn Window and System 10 Commercial Door & Framing.
