19-storey Tribeka enhances student living in Leeds
The former technology campus of Leeds University has been transformed into ‘Tribeka’, a high quality student accommodation development in the heart of the city’s university area in Woodhouse. Delivered by McAleer & Rushe and designed by DLA Architecture, the campus comprises 514 PBSA units in a mixture of studios and cluster apartments, and commercial units on the ground floor.
Metal Technology supplied System 17 Hi+ High Rise Curtain Walling and System 5-35 Hi+ Tilt and Turn Windows in preparation for the impressive precast façade, as well as high performance door and brise soleil systems. We’re excited to see the completion of this impressive scheme, which will bring fantastic student living to Leeds.
